Police arrested Christopher Bruffett, 35, of Reno and Vincent James Wilks, 25, of Sparks. Each are charged with motorcar tampering, possession of housebreaking instruments and parole violation.
Police stated the proprietor of a enterprise within the 2000 block of Glendale Avenue noticed the lads utilizing his safety digital camera and known as them at about 5:57 a.m. and gave them an outline of the lads.
